2. We will contact you when we have the above form and 25% deposit. We look forward to providing you an enjoyable and memorable paddling experience.

3. We will send you important information regarding your trip including driving directions, and info you need to make your trip safe and enjoyable.

Cancellation policy:

A 25% deposit is required to reserve your trip and dates agreed upon. This is refundable (less $20.00) up to 2 weeks prior to departure. If you cancel less than two weeks before departure the deposit is not refundable. We will endeavor to re-book you on the next available date at yours and our convenience. If you agree we will transfer your existing deposit without loss to you! You must notify us 3 days prior to make use of this offer. No shows result in loss of deposit and the above offer.

International Tours require a minimum of one month advance payment in full to reserve your spot.

GA Guides LLC reserves the right to postpone or alter tour destinations due to environmental conditions to ensure participant safety. We do not post phone trips tours and instruction due to rain. We will reschedule, shorten, or alter tours if lighting , or marine weather conditions require us to do so.
